ABOUT ME.
Endlessly fascinated by our humanness…
“Asking how do we connect with our whole-selves?”
I'm Kata, a Londoner, natural-born conversationalist and story-teller endlessly fascinated by what makes us human—particularly when it's brought to life on stage! I'm definitely on the unconventional end of the spectrum and fully on the playful side.
My neurodiversity and the challenges it brought in my younger years led to long cycles of self-criticism and depression as I tried to fit into linear ways of being.
Through coaching, a wide variety of healing modalities (including embodied dance) and relentlessly pursuing a wonkier approach to life, I’m moving through outdated belief systems to embrace authentic self-expression and the beautiful messiness of being human.
I try to remain curious about the world around me through dance, music, dj’ing, improvising, travel and time in nature.
My Journey to Coaching
After nearly a decade teaching Drama in London schools, something inside pulled me toward a new path, back to curiosity and adventure.
I trained in both transformative and body-oriented coaching, guided by my background in reiki healing and my interest in mentoring and neuroscience.
I discovered the profound impact of tuning into the wisdom that exists within the body—softening, slowing down, and listening beneath the mental noise.
The Power of Play
More recently, the evolution of my business and myself has led me back to play. All signs were pointing to play for a long time—the feeling beneath the noise was making itself known, so I started paying attention. It had never really gone; it had been briefly forgotten.
No surprises that someone with a degree in Drama who took up DJ’ing, improv and the ukulele in her mid-thirties believes in the power of play!
“…back to play…”
I feel that being playful by nature helps me stay present and laugh through challenges.
“…the power of play…”
We need to play as children to make sense of the world and as adults we need to play to reconnect with ourselves. In our fast-paced world, play, movement and flow are essential for transformation.
What I Offer My Clients
I coach with the body in mind. Blending traditional coaching with curiosity and somatic awareness. This body-oriented approach helps us to connect with what’s underneath the surface: sensations, intuition and emotional truth. This approach creates space for the invisible to become visible, where innate empathy and connection merge.
My clients
Creatives blocked by fear, career changers overthinking their next steps, graduates letting anxiety run the show, and parents caught in self-judgement are connected with a desire to make a change.
The current ways of being may be about keeping the status quo, but are no longer working. They find courage to put their work out in the world, leap into alignment with their values, feel empowered by their strengths and discover more presence and joy.
Essentially become fully and wholly themselves. Coaching is a beautiful, dynamic, creative, gently empowering inquiry—a full-bodied experience we can return to throughout life.

Let's Rebel Together
Let's Rebel Together
Letting the body lead and focusing on our innate creativity feels potent in this time we're living in. In a logic-heavy world, it’s powerful to tune into the right side of the brain, to connect and feel.
That's how Forgotten Fun was born - a rebellion that reminds us that play isn't frivolous; it's fun-damental.
We're never a finished version of ourselves, we’re always evolving and so are our needs. Let’s explore what YOU or your community need.
