why play?
Play is Fun-Damental for our well-being.
As children we learnt through play, to explore, collaborate, problem-solve and empathise. Play sparks creativity, strengthens relationships and supports well-being.
In a world obsessed with productivity, play gets forgotten. But it’s the thing we need most:
Play restores presence.
It supports emotional regulation.
It reawakens our capacity for joy, trust and imagination.

When we play, especially with others, our brains release a powerful mix of feel-good chemicals: dopamine, oxytocin and endorphins.

Sensory and imaginative, designed to build emotional safety and creative flow.
Through guided experiences, we reconnect with our innate ability to relate, create, adapt and grow together.

Our sessions are engaging, connecting, competitive, embodied and FUN. Naturally inviting in a sense of curiosity and joy. Our workshops blend the unique elements of renowned drama practitioners, comedy improv and embodiment games, through a holistic mind + body approach.

what is embodied dance?
The antidote of too much sitting down is to move.
Give your brains a little holiday whilst we get the body into motion!
Embodied Dance is freeform movement that reconnects us to our bodies, no experience needed. Let go. Tune in. Move how your body wants.
Sometimes it feels like meditation in motion, other times like a joyful rave.
Guided by facilitation and music, rhythm and mood, participants are invited to move how they feel, not how they “should.”
Dance like this reduces stress, boosts mood and builds community. It awakens our innate creativity and helps us feel more like ourselves again.

FLOW: THE FULL EXPERIENCE
A half-day or full-day immersion into play, creativity and connection.
Flow is that sweet spot where time disappears, ideas spark, and presence takes over.
This session brings together play, movement and creative exploration to help teams and communities reconnect, reset and rediscover their natural creativity.

MEET THE TEAM
KATA
Kata is a somatic coach, wellbeing facilitator, speaker and DJ, with a background in drama education and the arts. She has trained at top coaching schools Animas and The Somatic School where she developed a fascination for the mind and body connection.
She has delivered workshops for the likes of ASOS, Google and Santander and regularly DJ’s with Ecstatic Dance Culture. Kata believes that embodiment, movement and music is key to living a healthy and happy life, getting us out of our thinking minds and into our bodies.
SaRAH
Sarah brings a rare combination of scientific rigour and playful application. She is an ICF-accredited coach, facilitator and Positive Psychology Practitioner, and also holds a Drama degree, a certificate in Applied Neuroscience, a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and is a trained improviser. Her Masters research examined playfulness as an agent of change, and she has developed her own playful coaching model based on this.
Over her 10-year career in people development she has worked with employees at all levels across multiple sectors to improve skills in communication, management, emotional intelligence and wellbeing via bespoke playful learning experiences. She has worked with clients including GWR, Channel 4, Exeter University, Octopus Group, Civil Service, KFC and The Dog’s Trust. She lives in Surrey with her husband and 2 young children, who challenge her to be playful every day.
