Through a warm, grounded, and gently playful approach, I guide you into deep reconnection with your body, your true essence and your unique rhythm. Together, we create a space where you can exhale, slow down, and notice the feeling that lives beneath the noise.
We don’t avoid the difficult stuff: the stuckness, the spirals of overthinking, the disconnection that creeps in when you’re chasing expectations or ideals that aren’t right for you. Instead, we meet it all with compassion, curiosity and somatic tools that help your nervous system feel safe enough to shift.
This is about unlearning what you were taught or told and rewriting a new story that actually serves you. We’ll tune into your body’s cues, your creative spark, and your core values, so that the life you build is not only aligned it’s liberating.

We can work together fully online, or combine online sessions with in-person sessions in E17 (Walthamstow) if you're local and prefer a blended approach.
I enjoy working with clients for 3 or 6 months in order to build OUR COACHING relationship and allow enough time and space for real transformation.
In our time together we have 2 x 60-75 minute sessions a month for three or six months.
Space and time between to both integrate and stay in touch via whatsapp or signal.

TAILOR MADE ONLINE WORKSHOPS FOR INDIVIDUALS AND TEAMS
Tapping into the power of creative flow, to ENHANCE mental well-being.
This workshop explores creativity through the lens of the body, highlighting the crucial relationship between our autonomic nervous system and mental well-being.
Participants will discover how accessing creative flow states can reduce stress, increase resilience, and enhance their mental well-being.
The session begins with an accessible introduction to the autonomic nervous system and its connection to creativity, establishing a foundation through visualisation and grounding techniques. We then explore the concept of flow states—what they are, how to access them, their importance and how to overcome blocks. Participants will reflect on what creativity means to them personally before engaging in a carousel of creative activities. The workshop concludes with guided meditative journaling, allowing each person to develop a personalised creative flow plan they can implement in their daily lives.
