16-24 YRs Coaching
The agony of comparison, the pressure of exams, difficulty making decisions not to mention stress and anxiety are issues that are all too familiar to many young people.
I have vast experience in working with 16-24 year olds (see my About Me page for more) and am passionate about supporting young people to connect to their full potential.
I guide you to connect to yourself in a powerful way, so that you can then make decisions and take actions that feel true to you.
I have guided numerous young people in moving from a place of feeling stuck and frustrated, to embodying a new space where calm thoughts, feeling connected to themselves and inner confidence are the norm.
After working with me, you will feel more independent and be able to make bold and exciting decisions that drive you forwards, all with a sense of mindfulness and clarity.
With the right guidance and a sense of openness and curiosity, anything is possible!
With a warm, empathetic and relatable coaching style, I draw on my toolkit of powerful holistic and transformational techniques to guide you from where you are, to where you want to be.
ONE to three MONTH INTENSIVE COACHING PROGRAMME
Working together for between one and three months provides a powerful opportunity to move through what is holding you back, gain clarity and propel you into action.
At the end of our time together, you will feel energised, excited and ready to make a clear plan.
Intensive Coaching Programme: what’s included:
2 x sessions of up to 75 minutes, either on Zoom or in person with a half way check in.
Resources, tools and exercises to experiment and work with between sessions

I am deeply passionate about working collaboratively with education providers and young people to create safe spaces where they can explore their concerns and challenges whilst developing self-awareness.
My workshops and coaching empower young people to connect to themselves and their authentic expression.
