A bespoke workshop for graduates and younger employees

What is mental health?

  • What do we mean by ‘embodied well-being’ and how can we apply the principles of this to our own self-care?

  • The resilience mindset – why failing matters

  • Equipping individuals with tools and hacks to succeed

  • Helping individuals to get out of their heads and into their flow

As a specialist coach for the Under 30s and with a background in education I have vast experience of working with young people and understand how they get stuck and how to move them forward.

I offer an individual and group coaching programme that embeds and creates a dynamic, cohesive and supported young team.

I also offer stand alone coaching sessions outside of my workshop to young professionals, apprentices and graduates who are new to the office environment or struggling with a change and need extra support.
